HOME |

We visit by appointment in the comfort and convenience of your home or place of work, daytime or evening. Our appointments are never rushed, and we encourage you to ask as many questions as you wish. |

We meet with you initially to take your instructions. We can't predict your future, but through friendly guidance and providing the facts in plain language we can: |
• Provide you with information on the possible options to enable you to make informed decisions |

At a time agreed with yourselves, (usually 14 days later), we will return for our second visit to personally deliver the drafted Will for your approval and signature. We will take time to go through the Will with you and when you are fully satisfied with and understand the document, we will then supervise its signing. Two independent witnesses are required to witness the signing, (this is crucial because a Will that has been improperly signed or witnessed is invalid). |

If we are arranging the storage of your Will, you will be given an unsigned copy to keep together with a certificate of storage. If you are making your own arrangements for storage, you should ensure that the Will is in a safe place and accessible only to you and your Executors. For those people who require it, we are able to provide information to their Executors and Guardians regarding their role and responsibilities. |
HOW WE PROVIDE OUR SERVICE |

At the end of our first meeting we will agree the charge for the service(s) you require, based on the scale of charges with which you have already been provided. The agreed charge is all inclusive. We do not require any payment in advance, payment is only due after you have approved of and signed the Will. At that time payment can be made by either cash or cheque. Having taken your instructions, we will draft the Will and any associated documents which are tailor-made to your circumstances and reflect your hopes and wishes. |
