Scale of charges

How much the service costs depends on the total value of your estate and what you are hoping to achieve through your Will. On this page we have outlined our standard charges. They are all inclusive of home visits in the Tyne & Wear post code areas (there may be a small additional charge for travelling outside these areas). We reserve the right to increase the charges for more detailed or complex Wills. All charges quoted are fully inclusive of any additional costs ie search fees etc. and VAT. Payment is due on completion of document(s) to your satisfaction.

Basic Packages

(When a combination of basic documents are required and can be drafted at the same time we offer generous discounts. Below are the most common combinations. Prices are exclusive of the cost of any trust which may be required - see trust section below.)

Trusts

For many people our basic Will (mirror wills for couples) ticks all the boxes. We are however, able to offer the option of additions to a Will in the form of trusts to meet more wide-ranging needs. A trust may be set up in a Will for a variety of reasons. The actual charge will be determined by the nature and complexity of the specific trust required and will be agreed prior to work being undertaken. Again we are able to offer generous discounts through our trust packages if multiple documents are required (please ask for details). Below are the most common trusts incorporated into Wills. Charges quoted for individual trusts are in addition to cost of Will listed above.

Certification of LPA
This service is free of charge if we have prepared the LPA.

Registration of LPA Ł25 per document
Our fee for registering documents is in addition to the OPG registration fee (currently Ł150 per document)
